Assembly

Assembly is completed in 2 easy steps.

Positioning
Begin by placing the headrest at the narrowest point either to the left or right of the center. Gently slide the headrest to the center of the chair.

Locking
Using the included Allen Key, tighten the bolt at the headrest’s base.

Position

The headrest can be adjusted three different ways: Up and Down, Forward and Backward, Tilt Up and Tilt Down.

Up and Down
Place your thumbs on the upper joint for leverage and slide the unit up or down with your fingers.

Forward and Backward
Pull the release lever into a horizontal position. After you’ve adjusted the neck to your desired angle, push the lever back into a vertical position to lock the unit.

Tilt Up and Tilt Down
While seated in the chair, freely move the angle of the headrest up or down.

Tension

There are two resistance joints where you can calibrate the tension for adjusting the upper unit’s angle or headrest’s neck.

Upper Unit
To adjust the tension of the upper unit, locate the top circular cover on the right side of the unit. Pop out the cover using a flat-head screwdriver. After exposing the tension screw, use a Phillips-head screwdriver to tighten or loosen the screw to your desired resistance. Push the circular cover back into place when you are finished.

Neck
To adjust the tension of the neck, locate the bottom circular cover on the right side of the unit. Pop out the cover using a flat-head screwdriver. After exposing the tension screw, use the included Allen Key to tighten or loosen the screw to your desired resistance. Push the circular cover back into place when you are finished.
